Private Sessions

 

Wherever you are in your yoga and mindfulness journey, I want to support you. Maybe life has been hectic, and finding the time to practice has been challenging. Or you’ve been telling yourself that you’re not “good” enough to walk into a public class. Or maybe there’s something super specific you want to tackle in your practice, and some extra support is what you need. Perhaps you don’t even have a why yet, but you feel called to this practice and my energy. Whatever it is, I’m willing to meet you where you’re at and facilitate the space and provide the tools to make our time together feel like medicine for your being.

We can cover and practice:

  • Moving for Pleasure

  • Intimacy Development (self-touch, self-talk, journaling, and eye gazing)

  • Vinyasa Yoga

  • Hatha Yoga

  • Meditation

  • Pranayam (breathwork) 

Online Sessions

Online Sessions are held via Zoom (a free video-conferencing platform) and are 1-hour long. 

  • 1 Session $90 + hst

  • 5 Sessions $375 + hst — ($75 a class)

  • 10 Sessions $700 + hst — ($70 a class)

In-Person Sessions

In-Person Sessions are held at my home studio space located in West End Toronto.

  • 1 Session $120 + hst

  • 5 Sessions $500 + hst — ($100 a class)

  • 10 Sessions $900 + hst — ($90 a class)
